Our IVA is due to finish this November. We are in arrers by two months. Can the arrears be paid in two further payments ie. December and January? I have asked the question to my IVA company and are awaiting a call back, but was just wondering if anybody was in the same situation.
Thank you.

Great advice, thanks all.
My Dad does not want to just put in my sisters name but will look into the deed of trust. Or I will suggest to wait until the IVA has finished.
Thanks again.

Thank you everybody.
I have just thought tonight that a friend of mine is due anyday now so when baby gets too big for things I can ask very nicely for hand me downs [:D]
Again thank you. I really want to tell all my family and friends now but I will wait a little longer.

I am pregnant and I know that we will need to tell IP. I should imagine we will need to do another I+E. Do we do this before baby is born and how will we know how much baby costs? Is there some guidelines out there for babies in IVA's?
Thanks again.

Has anybody in an IVA spoke to their mortgage lender and changed the deal they are currently in? The reason I am asking is that the fixed rate has finished and is currently on a tracker, which is great, but if I was wanting to fix it now would my currect lender be OK with being in the IVA? They have...
