we are looking at replacing the kids bedroom furniture from a friends cataloge as thiers is dropping to pieces but before we order any would we be able to add this cost to our iva expenditure as this would be the only way we can do it

the amount that has been judge by the courts to pay back is 16k with them taking this fee out the iva will fall 4.5k short at the end what happens then as the agreed monthly payment is £270 p/m

thanks david and melanie i have been in touch with my ip who was at first reluctant to send me the creditors info and reports until i mentioned this forum then they changed there tune and have agreed to send me everything all reports from the start and all dedt info had the extra 230 reduced to 100 ...

can anybody think what else i can ask them for just to make sure i am not having the wool pulled over my eyes as they may think that we are that far in its too late to pull out first time i have used any forums for anything but this is realy helping thanks to everybody for there help
