my girlfriend earns 1200 after deductions a month,she pays 230 a month on her iva,350 car,insurance and petrol and 3oo rent(rising to 400 in feb).her boss understands her financial problems and has offered her a pay increase or petrol card to ease her debt. how will this affect her iva payments

i earn 1200 after tax,my iva is 230,car+petrol+insurance is 350,my rent is 300(rising to 400 in feb)my boss has offered me a pay rise£2000)or petrol card.how will this affect my iva payment and im unsure which is the best option

thanks for the quick response and welcome message,my rent is also increasing in feb and with the cost of travel rising i think i need to re adjust my outgoings is this an easy process?

if my wages increase by £200 a month how much of that will go towards the £23o a month i already pay on my iva?
