We emailed and said thank you for the kind offer but we wished to decline and stay on our original t's and c's as stated in their original letter. No response to that surprisingly!

I have had 2 calls today from Cf which I have declined to answer as this is a family day for me. I have changed the Standing order and will not be signing the new t & c's. I have emailed them confirming this and very politely declining their offer to change the terms but I m annoyed they are despera...

As far as I am concerned I have it in writing from Pjg and cf that my ts and ca will remain the same and I have complied completely with everything asked of me to date. I have never been missold ppi and to try to claim otherwise is fraud. I will not be bullied into adopting these changes by them say...

Just paid month 68 of 72 month iva. Got house valued and sent that and redemption statement to CF and they have acknowledged receipt. Have had no contact whatsoever from them - not even a call or email about new terms. Is there a time limit on how long they can take to come back to me, bearing in mi...

This is exactly what we've all been afraid of, right from the start. So much for the 'your t's & c's will stay the same' rubbish, I won't apply for ppi refund as I knew exactly what I was doing when I took it out and trying to claim I was missold is, in my mind, nothing short of fraud. But the huge h...

Reading all of this leaves me feeling distraught with the whole thing. We have just paid our 68th payment of 6 year iva, have sent in house valuation and mortgage redemption( ages ago but heard nothing), expect to pay another year but IF i send in bank statements at review time - a pointless exercis...

Interesting. We sent off our valuation etc over 2 weeks ago now and have heard nothing from them so far, apart from an acknowledgement they had received them. Having paid 67 payments and expecting to have to try to remortgage - almost certainly unsuccessfully - I will absolutely not be signing up to...

I was a client with PJG and have now transferred to Creditfix, and have what is probably a really stupid question! We are 67 months in to a 72 month iva and fully expect to have to continue for a further year. As part of the original set up of the iva a restriction on our house to stop us from selli...

Thank you for getting at least some contact from Creditfix, it's a shame it took so long for them to comment. It is interesting though that they say the have bought PJG Recovery and not just most of the cases. I have just emailed my house valuation etc to them today so hope to be able to post positi...

I am, as I have previously said on this thread, incredibly upset, worried and panicked about this change, particularly as we had just had our valuation etc done at month 66 and got all the paperwork in at beginning of this week when all this hit. BUT I emailed the new lot at 8.55 last night asking wh...

I have just sent off an email with a query to the new email address and have asked for an urgent response so it will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to come back to me. At the very least I will have a record that I have contacted them should there be any problems moving forward with...

I have also just had email, nothing about increase in fees though. As far as I am concerned they bought my case without my consent at lower fees so they can live with it, I will not agree to any changes and will take legal advice if necessary. I have just had valuation etc done as about to pay payme...

I also wish Melanie all the best but, although I don't need to know all of her business, I shared some incredibly personal information with her that I did not agree to sharing with another company I know nothing about. That, combined with only knowing anything about being 'sold off' via this forum i...
