Hi, this charity is sponsored by businesses involved in giving the credit in the first place, how independant is it, how safe is the info that it asks for. Dont want to sound sceptical however if they release your details to creditors, you position is blown is it not?

Thanks, think like most people I have been putting it off and kidding myself that things will get better, it wont and hasnt, the wife was made redundant the week before xmas and facing upto the issue now seems the only realistic thing to do.

Hi, a couple of questions if anyone help.
Is an IVA attached to me or to both me and my wife if the majority of the debts are unsecured ones held by me?
I have seen that you can be made to cash in an endowment, how does this sit with the mortgage companies as this is there to pay of that debt isnt it?
