Hi Thanks for such a quick responce I was hoping for a dmp, and yes it is just my basic wage no overtime available at the moment, Thanks for the advice on the car, I was worried about the amount I put for food/household and my cats although 1 of them is diabetic and needs insulin and needles monthly...

Hi Everyone Im new here and thinking of getting a iva but before I make that leap I would like to find out more. The dmp route does scare me I couldnt risk my job if a creditor took me to court! has I work in the public sector it could be very embarassing!

Could you tell me what these fees average at? I would probably go down the dmp route but Ive heard such horror stories about creditors pestering and hounding you constantly!
