my iva has been finished for 3 years, and it has also dropped off my credit report. do i need to declare it when making a mortgage application - or is there any company who will offer me a "normal" mortgage without taking the IVA into account?

my IVA has been satisfied for a year, am looking for a mortgage - anyone know of anywhere I can get one? Also, once the IVA has dropped off your credit file (6 years from start?), do you need to declare it as presumably it's not visible on a search?

My income imcreased massively 6 months after my IVA started, and so i am at the point now where I will have paid off the full debt I originally owed within 4 years of my IVA starting. Will this mean it ends early? And will I then be expected to pay the fees as well rather than the creditors?
