My current fix rate deal will end in 2.5 years, would it be possible to find new deals easily with an IVA?

I am 3 years into a mortgage and 6 months into an IVA.

Good luck and hang on in there!!

My IVA was adjourned with 74.5% voting yes and NR voting no with 24.5%.

On the final day of the adjournment my remaining creditor accepted and I got it, the stress was horrendous, so keep pitching

IF YOU COMPLETE THE CCCS DEBT REMEDY TOOL ON THEIR WEBSITE, THE ALLOWANCES ARE HIGHLIGHTED IF YOU EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT. tHIS WOULD TELL YOU THE AMOUNT.

IT DOES SEEM LOW, WE ARE A FAMILY OF 2 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD AND WE GET £392 A MONTH

They voted "no" to me with a higher dividend, but that was because they wanted me to switch from my repayment mortgage to that of an interest only 1. I agree entirely with the 50 / 50 split with OT & bonus' but if it is a total job change with a "good" increase to your basic salary, would that not have to be taken into account if you have say 6 months from now to the annual review?

Don't try and use your Electron card on the M6 Toll, it doesnt work, I had about 50 irrate drivers behind me when it kept refusing me!!!

Its the only time the Co-op visa electron has not been accepted anywhere for me

If you go into the CCCS website and undertake their debt remedy plan, this will give you their guidlines as you complete the plan. It is also a good tool to use as a memory jogger for things you might not have accounted for

If the valuation is in regard an IVA, my IP accepted a valuation from 'Mouseprice'- it costs about £20 and they send you a valuation in a PDF format
