elv5 - If you had read through my last few posts you would see that my IP has already refused to talk to me. I'm sure all the IP's are skilled professionals, but no one is infallible. Everyone here is sticking up for the IP...okay thats your right...but answer this :- Would you accept being called '...

Every situation is different, and I dont want to get into an argument but what you have just said is one step down from calling me a liar. What happened to you has no bearing on my case whatsovever. I dont know my IP personally but I know that my treatment has been shabby. And one other thing..i'm l...

I find these comments very hard to believe i'm afraid to say. I was called ' the rudest person I have ever spoken to' just for saying 'Can I get a word in'....and please note...I have not mentioned any names here...but the person also told me ' Its not my fault you got yourself into debt' ! As for '...

Yet again I find my self on this forum frustrated by the whole IVA process. My voluntary redundancy was blown out of the water by the Communications workers union, so that became a non issue. However, just after my last post (March) I asked my IP to offically make a Full and final offer to my credit...

After posting my comments a few days ago, I finally received a call from my IP. They said they were ‘disappointed’ with my comments made on this forum ( this was stated 4 times in a 10 minute call). They said that this forum was not the best place to discuss such matters and that I should deal with ...

Thankyou Kallis3, I've had enough of all this...I really have...I thought i payed them to sort out my problems...obviously not ! A big fee for doing not much. I have only two weeks to accept my redundancy (£32,000) and the time is ticking. Looks like i'm stuck in this crappy job for good. Maybe I sh...

Well....I phoned Philip Gill & Co. Too busy to answer my first 3 calls...and when I put the proposal forward that David Mond suggested, they were very negative but promised to phone me back, which they didnt. Its probably one of the most important issues in my life...I could possibly escape a job th...

Hi there again...can you just put me straight on the F&F....I have been paying the IVA for about 17 months £350 per month)....the total with equity release will be £33000 on completion...are you saying I can offer 15% of this as a lump sum ? If not...what would be an acceptable amount in your opinio...

Thanks for all the info guys...If and when I were to take this £29000, would I be allowed to use , say, £5000 to start my own business (i'm thinking of a full time ebay business ) I would need the money for stock etc. I could then maybe use the rest as a 'F&F' ? I am unlikely to be offered this redu...

I have been in my IVA for 18 months. I could possibly take Voluntary redundancy and am being offered approximately £29000. If I were to accept this, would this be considered as a 'windfall' ? I would need this money to live on while I look for work elsewhere.
