would have loved to do that but they wont lift the restriction on the sale of my property unless I paid full amount of my equity over. have had to settle for the £4K

Hi Andy/Mel The only thing I have in writing is the email advising the full amount wold be required. I have e-mailed back re the original information given and cost for re-location.... I am not confident that this will have any effect though as the email made it clear the full amount was required. M...

Hi Kallis I am using Wilson Field for my IVA, I was originally expected to realise £8000 in year 5, I have equity now of almost £26,000 when I spoke to one of the office staff I was told to expect as a F&F to pay £8000 plus what i would have paid in year 5..... Perfectly realistic..... now two weeks...

I was refferred also, think it's common practice with co op. I got a letter confirming account app was sucessful. no credit check was done as was a cashminder I was totally up front about the iva

Thought about this Melanie but with me being so close to the end of my IVA we did not want to start the 6 year process again with him.....
Was also unsure where that would leave me as his income is taken into account with my IVA
Could he do an IVA witout a guaranteed income?

I wish our bank were more helpful My partner is a sub contractor and used to earn fantastic money but lately the work has dried up, he has quite a large amount of debt but has always been able to manage it- i on the other hand am in an iva.... We needed a payment break or reduction to be able to get...
