What information will they need/want/require?

I am in an IVA with Synergy, and have had no issues at all with them, although I appreciate that I seem to be in the minority.
I havent had my monthly thresh-hold increased, and I always get someone knowledgeable to talk to when I have called. I guess ive just been lucky.
