I am with Kinsgate and no i have never spoken to the IP responsible, always dealt with Kingsgate.

Done that (on phone by post&by email) but either get no answer or "we will get back to you". In the mean time my arrears keep building (currently 5 months)

Yes i'm thinking of using my PPI refund as a F&F but iva comany says that creditors will more than likely not accept it.

Is this a good offer for F&F?

Yes still with the same firm.
1st IP was changed during set-up but didn't find out until 1st review and 2nd changed happened in Jan 09 but only found out today (upon receipt on my paperwork)

Just received my report from my 2nd review and my IP has been changed again, 3rd time in 2 years, is this right?
