Very close to end of iva. I've had a letter asking if I agree for a company to pursue ppi to get as much into my iva as possible.

I'm up with payments and paid more than expected and quite frankly don't want to agree to this

Do I have to though?

yeah im totally confused, like i say i got the impression i would be ok because of the negative equity thats likely when the time comes but im not sure, im waiting for a call back. Paul apologies back to you too

If I don't find the equity it's a breach and a meeting of creditors to decide what to do?
