we were refused by Black horse when every one else either voted yes or didnt vote,and being the largest creditor we had no chance,b/r appears to be the way forwardthe fact that we are also probably in negative equity is perhaps swaying me some what

We are just about managing the mortage on our joint incomes but are sick and tired of the threatening letters and phone calls but obviously dont want to lose our home so was thinking about b/r

We just feel that if we can offer the creditors a little more each month there may be a better chance of getting the IVA accepted which Accuma are sorting for us...11 days until meeting

The reason that we are considering this is not because we are struggling(as our meeting is'nt until 4Dec)we are just thinking how to pay off more to our creditors..

We have a friend who is willing to rent us a property he as just renovated for less than our mortage costs us...Our thinking is that if we can rent our home and cover the mortage and the rent on our rented property is lower than we are paying now we would have more spare money.

Just a quick question,would it be possible to rent out our home which we have a mortage on? I have checked with our lender and they say there are no problems...Or would I have to inform our IP (should our IVA go through) as it means we may have more disposible income as we wont be paying the mortage...

Just to let you guys know,our creditors meeting is on 30th November....for some reason we dont feel very confident about it.Accuma are dealing with it for us.Keep your fingers crossed for us...Gary[:(]

At the time they called us and said that we were now allowed to be put onto a better interest rate as we were such good customers! only thing was that we needed to have a top up loan to do this.We actually paid off a lot of our other creditors directly thru B/H, so i suppose it was for consolidation.

Hi Melanie,total debt is about £45000 and with the interst that B/H are putting on there debt is about £15000.

Just another thought,can any of our unsecured creditors force us to sell in any way or is it a case of them putting a charge on the property for when and if we did ever sell,or would we just end up with CCJ's
