I live in sheffield, can anyone recommend a good IP for me to speak to please or are they all the same?

I want to do a IVA but don't want my girlfriend who I live with to be affected, or them to try and take money from her, what happens. I wont do it if it does.

If I do a IVA are my student loans included?

Are the P&A Partnership reputable as I have a meeting with them this soon?

If I only pay rent and don't own a house will I still qualify do to an IVA?

I pay half the morgage, but it is my girlfriend who put the deposit down and I don't want her to lose out when we get to the 4 year equity release buisness. Lived here 3 years.

If the morgage is not in my name they cannot ask for equity release can they?

Can I ask as part of my IVA agreement that Equity release is not included?

I want to start an IVA and need to but every one on the forums seem to say they have little or no money left at the end of the month? I thought if I did one by not paying out so much a month, I would have more money left? I don't understand, I thought I would be better off? Is this not the case?
