Thanks all, we are with payplan.

This feels like its been going on forever. Just had a couple of bad days with creditors calling, even at work. I've taken to not answering the phone now. Is it ok to get advice from another IP? We haven't signed a proposal yet but all our paperwork is with them.

Keep us posted on what happens Bic. I'm just starting the IVA process & am with Natwest although I dont have any debts with them I may start looking into other accounts now. Good Luck.

thats great news - I have been looking at this forum for a while to see if an IVA is right for me and was just wondering how long it took you to get to this point, with the proposal being accepted if you dont mind me asking.
