This feels like its been going on forever. Just had a couple of bad days with creditors calling, even at work. I've taken to not answering the phone now. Is it ok to get advice from another IP? We haven't signed a proposal yet but all our paperwork is with them.

NR hold a large % of my husbands debt too, we are in the proposal stage at the moment so have everything crossed. Which firm are you with?

Will it be ok to open an account with the co-op if the majority of me debt is with Northern Rock? Are they related at all?

thats great news - I have been looking at this forum for a while to see if an IVA is right for me and was just wondering how long it took you to get to this point, with the proposal being accepted if you dont mind me asking.
