hi, quick question- does being in an iva stop you or cause an issue for becoming power of attorny ??
my sister is currently 6 months into iva and looking to become a joint power of attorny for my grandfather

id like to thank everyone that has answered questions or offered advice- your help and advice has helped us thru our iva- and i am now delighted to say we've done it!! 5 yrs/60 payments done
