the dmp is 17 years or something stupid like that, its only a short term plan to get my payments down cause me and my partner have just split up, and i want to get sorted out knowing exactly what my outgoings (csa etc) are before i commit to an iva. thanks again everyone

i just thought could i change all my address details to my work and just give them all my mobile number. would the creditors still keep a record of my old house number and address and use them. still would prefer the iva but cant risk the family finding out.

i just feel that i have rushed into the iva without looking at other ways to solve my problems. when i was on the phone to the iva company i felt they were really helpful, but after thinking about it for a few days i feel that i was more been sold a product rather than them doing whats right for me....
