That does sound about right and goes to show that low dividends are accepted when they are best offer. That definatly is the case Michael. Great news Poxy. Creditors clearly took a commercial and sympathetic view and an excellent result all round. I assume the final dividend accepted was quite low? I beleave it was 9p in the pound if that sounds right. we had debt £35k and they have accpeted £6000 + our payments to date as a final pay...

I have today finally got the result from the Creditors meeting and they have accepted. I am over the moon!!!.

Evening Everyone, ****UPDATE***** B&E have now drafted a report to send to our creditors for a f&f payment. We just need to sign and send back to them for the meeting to be setup. If there are 7 months payments to date there would be no money to offer a settlement as it is unlikely that the fees and costs have even been met. If you cannot make the payments and there is no third party offer of funds you could ask creditors to accepts payments to date as full and final settlement.
