The IVA was approved in March 2009 and the completion certificate was Oct 2009. Appreciate the six years ; so 2015.

Do you have any suggestions as to whether to stick it out with current lender till the Credit file is clean or do you know of a mortgage company which may be sympathetic.

Regards

My question is with my mortgage company. Have been with them for over 10 years. No problems what so ever. Took out a tracker package in 2...

Hi
You have nothing to worry about, this debt is no longer owed, Just refer any letters or calls to your IVA company, or write to them enclosing a copy of your completion certificate

Many thanks for this re-assurance.

I would give them a call and maybe send them a copy of your completion certificate. If the said debt formed part of your IVA then there isnt anything to worry about. Its strange as I sent to the Data Controller MBNA last week my cert. of completion because my credit file still showed some defaults ...

I entered into an IVA on 15/5/09 and successfully completed this on 1/10/09.(A lump sum payment). My question relates to my credit refernce file which 9surprisingly) still does not show at all three of my creditors. Is there a reason for this ?.

Endowment worth about 13k parents have offererd 10k. Mortgage could be upto 30k based on their telephone interview with me. Many thanks Seems a more than adequate offer. However, I am not sure that you would need to surrender the endowment if your parents are offering third party funds in excess of ...

In principle mortgage co have agreed they could top up on mortgage plus help from parents woulod mean a full and final offer of around £50k inc IP cost's. To raise all of this I would have to cash in an Endowment (Is with same ...

I have decided that I am sorting out my mounting debt situation. I have told my partner, who whilst is really cross & upset, will help me. My debt is about 110k. Together we may be able to remortgage and get some help from parents, which would mean we could raise about 40k. WOuld this be a practical...
