when i accepted my IVA i was told to set up a standing order for the 1st of every month. so am i supposed to give the money on that date or should it reach them before that date-i'm confused...

i read up on the strength of abbey as a bank. i can safely say that it is one of the strongest banks in existence, but they all said that didn't they then they wanted handouts!!

in my IVA it says that i have to remortgage 85%LTV in year 4. so my question is what happens if the banks don't offer 85% LTV remotgages and offers only 75% LTV? will creditors still accept?
