The letters do state that they know I am in an iva and they are just for information. So i guess i will ignore them. Thanks again!

I finished my iva 2 months ago. Now I am getting letters from LC Asset Sàrl saying they have bought my accounts. Why would they buy them when I have finished the iva and am awaiting my letter of completion. Thanks

This is going to be my first month of missed payments for most of my creditors, I have been struggling on paying minimum amounts so haven't had any harrassment as yet.Can't wait for that to start!!

Are Token Payments while you are waiting for your iva to be sorted no matter how small,say a pound for example a good idea or is it best not to bother?

This is my first post on here, my paperwork was collected by the courier today for an iva. Just wondering what the average wait time is from now until you here if the iva has been accepted? Great forum by the way loads of useful and friendly advice.
