I graduated in 2005 and got my IVA in 2006, they included my student loan. It took a couple of months after the IVA was agreed to get it sorted though. So beware....when you work out how much you'll be paying off your IVA each month, the student loan will be added on top after a few more months.

I already have an IVA. I have no assets (car, house etc) but I would like to get a mortage and buy a property with my partner. Would I be eligable to take out a larger mortgage than the price of the property and pay off my IVA early with the extra money?
