i have just entred my iva of which a clause was added that as i have a non-dependent son living with me, he should make a reasonable contribution to the household when he gained employment.

Thanks for your quick replies.Have had years of debt problems should have taken professional advice much sooner.The car hp lenders did say that refinancing the balloon payment should'nt be a problem. We did ask if they could confirm that they would'nt repossess the car in writing as long as payments...
