well we have set up our co op cash minder account. Have rung bank and are waiting on all the bank statements to arrive. Hoping to go bankrupt at end of february so fingers crossed nothing pop up to slow things. Only one major problem. Our computer has died using phone to post x

thanks lesley. we are trying to live on mega tight budget in order to save for bankruptcy. probably going to be in OD by about £200 but i cant do anything about it. we have already had to cancel xmas presens this year. hope you are well .

hi there. I was wondering if someone could tell me what a Debt Relief Order is. I got a cold call from a company today stating that 100% of debts can be written off in a year. obviously this is to good to be true but couldnt understand what they meant. x

thanks guys. i just rang the co op and going to ring in morning and set account up, cant face doing it tonight. does it matter that once it is set up i wont be using it for a while. probabaly a month or so.

still quite stresful at the moment because we are worrying how to save up the fees without using any credit but really we are in same boat as iva until we have saved the money. hi all, just thought of another question that i do not know answer to. we are soon going to be going bankrupt after letting iva fail. was wondering what happens to small amounts of overtime that are earnt whilst in bankruptcy. only looking at about £50 for a one off month over xmas. thanks x
