How bizarre. I had exactly the same letter from GT last week informing me I was in breach over 3 missed payments when I aptently wasn't. After firing off an e-mail (which a week later I never had any response to) I called them up. As in the other occasional times I've had to call, the person i spoke...

Thank you for the responses guys. Just to clarify,I won't be losing my job as such but will be put into a re-deployee scheme within the company which will be at a base salary a fair chunk less than I'm on now. Having spoken to people who have been in this re-deployee scheme it's not something that p...

Morning all, Am currently 31 months into my IVA and apart from the odd glitch here and there (most notably IP change from Accuma to Grant Thornton) its run as smoothly as these thing can. Unfortunately it appears that my department are no longer required for the project we are on and the likelihood ...

Just a quick question. Am into my 2 year review and have just received a letter through the post by a debt agency. It is for a relatively small amount but should I send this directly to my IP and am I right in saying that I cannot make any payment to them as it would breach the terms of my IVA?.Also...

However just this morning i have received a credit card statement with a final demand from RBS demanding i pay the balance of nmy credit card bill. I'm sure its just something that will be...

Thanks for that Julie. Are the IP's legally obligated by the terms of an IVA to carry out an annual review or are there circumstances whereby they will just allow the IVA to run its cause provided the original agreed payments are maintained? It seems odd to me that a year into an IVA no contact has ...

Afternoon all, Just wondered if anyone here had any experiences of the first annual review with Accuma. Am coming up for my first year now and haven't heard anything so far. I understand that they have up to 2 months after the anniversary date in which to submit the new details. Just curious if anyo...

If the basic Co-op account is refused it is to do with address verifcation on your creditfile. They have to verify your address by Poll or according to Experian.Stupidly they would ignore even your address and name on your driving licence. "Always think outside the box" I applied for a co-op basic ...

Just out of curiosity, what would the circumstances be that an IVA Proposal wouldn't have this 50% overtime clause included ?. I'd have thought it would be in there as a matter of course. The reason i ask is that i don't recall seeing any mention of it in my proposal but just assumed i'd missed it s...

Thanks for the responses guys. Just to re-iterate , i did go into the branch in person with the application and all was checked ok initially. I also rang them last Friday and was advised that all was going through OK. I will contact them again and see if they will tell me why i was declined. I can't...

I opened mine in the branch. They took my passport as ID and photocopied it. They had a quick look at my application form to ensure all looked OK. They asked me about previous bank account and i advised them i was in an IVA. This didn't seem to be a problem at the time. They then said they would sen...
