Laura, I would definately not step off the property ladder as securing another mortgage would be virtually impossible.
Just out of interest who is your mortgage provider. I would imagine that 90% LTV even if you don't increase your borrowing is a very good offer.

I have chased IP a couple of times and am waiting for a response.
Can anyone answer the question are funds distributed once f&f money is passed across to IP as I can't understand why creditors are still contacting us if that is the case.

Yes I've got a reply from Mel and am very happy. I now know exactly where I am with my IVA. Like I said earlier I'm not chasing the certificate, just where I am with things.
