If once on an IVA and after a few months in I managed to find for example cheaper car insurance and could save £10 pm on this. Would this be taken off me at my at my first review? How does this review work, what do the I.P's want to see?[8)]

Thanks for all you advice. I am pleased with the service so far just a little concerned about the expediture figures they have proposed. It doesn't seem much to live on. I wondered if I could get some example's of what allowances are realistic.

Hi I have been discussing doing an IVA with Payplan, who seem very helpful, however after reading some of the topics on this forum I am not sure whether to go with them or another IP. It sounds as though they may not fight my corner or negotiate enough... can anyone advise please.[?]

If i decided to apply for an IVA (payplan)at what point before it is all agreed could i change my mind? Parents may be able to assist but this is not definate. Payplan said it would all take around 12 weeks to set up.
