I to only found out the outcome because I specifically asked, mine was last May also.

Last payment made Dec 2012, variation meeting May 2013, was told I would have certificate August, then October, still waiting.

I had a quick look at the new help to buy scheme starting, the small print excludes people with a history of debt problems. I don't know if that means anyone who has ever had an IVA or just recent.

Glad to hear you have your completion certificate. I do however wonder how GT decide which IVAs get closed, or is it just some random lottery style process and you have to hope you get picked? Approaching 1 year and I know others have been waiting longer...

Thanks for your replies. I'm sure after all the cost deductions it will not be a lot, but then I wasn't expecting any PPI refund, so anything is a bonus really, that's why I was quiet happy to sign the paperwork.

Does anyone know when PPI statutory refunds are paid. Signed and agreed GT spotty letter, received PPI refund (paid straight to IVA, is the interest element only repaid when completion certificate is issued? No response from GT. Just wondered if anyone had experience of this.

Good question, went to closure 6 months ago. Told it will take 6 months, been through ppi, I have tried all forms of contact, no response. GT. I am off on holiday soon, paid in cash (great feeling), so I'm hoping it will be on my door step waiting for me when I get back.
