i have just received a letter from court to say that i have got to return my car to the finance company ell it as been reposessed wat happens nnow and does some one get in touch with me to collect it and will they take me to court for the money i will owe wen they sell it as the will be a short fall...

the finance company as taken me to court to reproses my car i want to try and keep it but can not aford to pay the full amount of payments i was going to offer half and some of the arears in the last 12 months my earning have dropped drasticaly do you think the judge will go for this

would the judge ecept reduced payments beacause my earnings have reduced drasticly

they ars threatening court now i have paid more than a third there is 1500 areaers

ther is a balloon payment of 4000 and ther is only 18 payments left aswell

they are about to start now we have been paying reduced payment but the last couple of months they hav refused to ecept any payment it would take 18 months to pay arears off
