Have let Cleardebt know the situation but was still able to make my payment this month.. if i can get another job in time i should be able to pay next months as well

I went with cleardebt for my IVA as I had a very low disposable income and other firms wanted at least £200 to even suggest an IVA for me. Cleardebt were briliant, worked really fast and got my IVA approved.

I did not send any letters up to my creditors meeting as there was no point as each creditor contacted the IP with how much I owed. I was advised that up to two weeks after the IVA was approved I may still get phonecalls and letters and it was only after that 2 weeks that I should contact my IP firm...

I can also recommend cleardebt they were magnificently fast in dealing with my case and extremely professional. I had a very low disposable income and other firms said I had no chance.. cleardebt came through with gold stars

Thank you all, I am hoping tonight will be the first proper nights sleep I have had in ages... with no worries.. funny enough the phone calls have started again this evening.. I dont even feel stressed just smile sweetly and say my Iva has been approved
