today i have recieved a letter of supervisers final report and a copy of completion.... is that my iva finished now.. i paid my last instalmant in march... do i need to do anything now

hi, i have 9 months to do on my iva.. i pay .£496 a month.. i have been offerd volantary redundacy at my work with a package of £23000 , will my iva take it all or can i just pay it off in one lump sum. im thinking of retraining so will need money to live on while i retrain /look for full/parttime...

thanks for the reply,,, is it possible to get a settlemant figure to pay off the iva in full thus becoming free of the iva , could my ip furnish me with a figure if i so wished or do i have to wait the full 5 years to complete the iva ,

just to let you know the crediters meeting to reduce my monthly paymants to £495 from £560 was passed with only 1 crediter refusing. but the iva synergi has charged £895 for doing it. do i pay that xtra or does it come out of the kitty that im paying into.. sorry for my ignorance...

i wrote a letter to synergi saying i do nt wish to agree an xtra year to my iva as i think 5 years of my financial life is enough. my circumstances might change for the better and in effect il be tied into another year for nothing, if i owe any extra at the end of the 5 years i said i will negotiate...
