I have finally made my decision and am going to go with Melanie provided she feels IVA is best route. Even if not, I have today realised that my DMP company takes £35 per month from a £188 payment!! Has anybody had success in getting the unsecured element of a together mortgage with northern rock through an IVA? I am really worried that this may scupper the chance of being debt free in 5 years.
