Hope your feeling better soon Ryan. Just wanted to commend Ryan and Mike at Zebra, we finished our IVA in May, completion cert in June, credit files cleared in August and moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Ryan and Mike advised us all the way and made everything go smoothly. Fantastic service ...

Well done on completing!! We was with stepchange and they were brilliant.

Our CC arrived 22 days after our full and final with payments made to date was accepted. Our PPI also wasn't investigated, which made things a lot quicker!!

Hi Jackie, You should be ok 6 years after the start date of the IVA, so long as your credit files are clear of the iva/defaults and he's off the register. Once you've achieved this you'd then need to speak to a specialist broker. Ryan and Shaun are experts on here, their details can be found on the ...

Well done!

Regarding the register, we emailed them the day after (report an error link at the bottom) and they emailed us the day after, apologised and removed us straight away!!

Good luck!

Hi Johndc1,

You need to speak to Ryan or Shaun (details on the experts page) they help people who've had financial problems get a mortgage. Don't try yourself as unnecessary searches on your credit file will reduce your chance of success. Good luck!

Hi, obviously not the exact details, but mine was a similar situation although I had addressed the equity issue (none) and made a full and final with payments made to date. So didn't offer any further payments, this returned about 25p in the pound, which is what was estimated at the outset.

My wife had the same issue. Once she had her job offer she spoke to the HR manager. They asked her to detail everything in an email and looked into it. They thanked her for her honesty and said it wasn't a problem! She's still working there now and says its the best job she's ever had. If they say y...

Probably best to have a chat with Ryan or Shaun (details in the experts section). As they are whole of market experts. Don't just apply as you'll reduce your chances of a successful application.

Just wondered how long it takes to remove the restriction from the land registry? I've got a copy of my deeds and it's still on. Is this something the IP does or something I need to sort?

Cheers Steve.

The Noddle report is ok, I think it's part of Call Credit. When I got my Experian and Equifax reports (£2 each) there was more detail and more creditors!! So definitely worth the £2 each, you can even get 30 day free trial with them both (so long as you cancel before the 30th day) so it can all be d...
