No, In my year 1 & 2 statements over £8000 was taken in charges from the account leaving £180 hoped there would be some next review. A further £1500 taken for admin charges so far this year. 2 1/2 yrs in no funds and credtors paid £ 000.00.
I must be under differet rules to everone else????

brilliant thread, I would say one thing if I may, If it is found these companys broke the law and the contracts is null and void, I agree that you borrowed it so you should pay it back, but a vast majority of detb is the subiquent charges added to the original amount borrowed, So if they have broken...

would a student loan / grant be counted as extra income.
I want to do a college course but would the loan /grant for the course be taken by the IP towards my payments.
