my father who is self employed is considering a iva. due to the nature of his work (builder) income varies and so does outgoings, (fuel, accomadation etc). is a iva possible for someone who is self employed with funds that differ each week/month?

No real reason, rent gone up slightly due to heating costs, vehicle fuel gone up. Im hoping they will review my income and expenses. Im currently in a iva with Grant Thornton, is it possible to give details to another IP to try and get a better "deal", or will it all end the same?
Im currently £1600 in arrears due to a pay rise and overtime.

sorry, it wilson phillips. just looking through my paper work again, and doing a few sums. i owed £23994. iv paid 12 payments of £340 i need to pay 48 payments of £383 plus £1636 making a grand total of £24100. thats more than i owed in the beginning, and if i have pay rise or work over time im loos...

im with Wilson and Phillips,
need two vehicles, one for work and a clean motor to take my daughter out in.
i think im going to ask for a extension on my iva to cover the surplus that i owe them and then i will keep a close eye on my income.

12 months into mt IVA and my review has been done. I now need to pay £384 instead of the previous £340.
