Good news, apparently the modifications sent out to me were an admin error !! The f&f was approved . Not happy that i had a sleepless weekend but over the moon will finally be debt free . Hi I AM currently in an iva which looks like it may fail.Can i ask my current IP to deal with my bankruptcy (Grant Thornton). Also if my parents were to pay the £1 to buy the title deeds of property would they be liable for the mortgage payments ? thanks

Hi pog Don't get me wrong we haven't been fine dining or anything Food shopping as been with a calculator etc, but it is definately achievable.
