hi just caught up with this so sorry to hear your sad news its seems alot of youngsters have no respect for life and there is no severe sentences that deter them lets hope that this government will listen to joe public and hear when we say we want a tougher stance on crime

hi please listen to the others we went with the first company we phoned which was payplan and we have been very lucky that our iva went well reading what a lot of people have said not all go well so be sure that its the right solution for you both and i wish you all the best with yuor choice

we have a couple of theme parks near us but so expensive and if like me a chicken and just stand and hold all the coats while everyone else goes on the rides a very dear day out lucky enough son is old enough to go by himself but he's not a lover of them rather go to play football or the driving ran...

hi we renewed our fixed rate when we were in iva did it over the phone so dont think they do a check as you are already with them

hi just looked at mine and it says the following { Individual Voluntary Arrangements will remain visible while they are Current, and for a period of 3 months after the receipt of notice of the revocation order, full implementation or termination of the agreement}

this is a great site and i wish we had found it earlier still think would of done an iva but would of asked a lot more questions before signing up for it thanks to all the folks who respond on here keep up the great work

hi well done weve just had our letters saying that weve made all payments and will receive certificate in a while its been a hard slog but the time has flown and i know yours will too

hi we had no equity at the start of iva and still none at the end and our iva has finished just awaiting the cert of compliance and we havent been asked for £150
