Excellent article on this over at Debt Camel, where, it seems the Vanguard IVA's have been transferred to Tim Pope, operating out of Ebenegate. The Insolvency Service have Mr Pope listed as being the principal of his own firm, TJP Insolvency, so maybe he has moved, or there are more smoke and mirror...

Are you still with Peter Jackson ? Usually if a firm closes the courts appoint another IP in another firm for the IVA to continue, but Mr Jackson has moved a couple of times from Vanguard to Oakfield Finance ( an associated company) and then to The Iva Advisor ( which I can find very little about ).

We have two regular posters who are whole of market mortgage brokers with experience in adverse credit applications and I would suggest getting in touch with one or both to discuss options. They are Ryan Radford and S...

It will be interesting to hear what, if anything, they have been told. The IP has moved about a bit, I don't know if the cases moved with him. And Ebenegate is in the mix as well, although only as a sub contracted administrator.

I have just been given the nod by our friends over at Debt Camel that Vanguard and it's associated companies have been wound up ( effectively closed down). There might be other ripples to follow. Have a read here for the details: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/courts-shut-down-rogue-volume-iva-p...

As far as I am aware, providing that you have been issued with your completion certificate, you are discharged from the IVA and, therefore, not disqualified as a Trustee. The Charity Commission might be worth a call to check.
