In my opinion its their error and they should try and recall this money. I do understand however, how you don't want to tell them too much or them find out.

Always talk to 2 or 3 companies minimum and ensure you're happy before you proceed with anything would be my best advice.

Hi again, to offer as near as possible to the original dividend does mean the creditors are getting their full dividend earlier and may be looked upon favourably.

When you make the offer do ensure you state the money is only available for the successful full and final offer.

An IP may wish to see the books so to speak, but as Kallis says, won't be able to withdraw money from this, however, may request extra monies at review time if applicable.

Hi and welcome, I'm not sure why but if your IVA was for 60 months and you've now paid the extra 12, in my humble opinion the extra months would be in lieu of equity but again I'm not an expert so hang in there and one will be along very soon to offer some advice.

Hi and welcome. Personally I've never heard of this before. Is the loan in lieu of equity? General rule of thumb is 12 extra payments in lieu of equity, however, I do know that all IVA's are individual.
