I think you will find that Debt Movement no longer exist. Check on the Insolvency Register to see who your IP is and contact them directly. When you can contact anyone, unless your benefactor is willing to pay all of your debts IN FULL (the original amount owed) then request a full and final settlem...

Hi,

Lovely to hear from you again and so pleased that things are heading in the right direction for you. Hopefully the Spanish health service can sort you out - no good relying on the NHS here at the moment!!

Good luck with the renovations and I hope this heatwave isn't bothering you too much.

Hi, Ebengate are not known for their customer services and do get bad reviews on here. It's unfortunate that you were transferred to them. You should try emailing your IP directly and saying you want answers. You should continue to make your payments and make sure you keep copies of any email corres...

Your IP can reduce your payments by 15% without going to the creditors but if you can make them an offer and explain your reasoning they may accept. I would go in with a slightly lower offer to see if they would accept. Bear in mind also that it will take a couple of months at least to set this up s...

I'm afraid I have no idea but can only suggest that you speak to your IVA company to see what they have to say.

I deleted your other post as it was a duplicate of this one.

Private landlords are usually a better bet as they don't normally do credit checks. Get a letter from your current landlord confirming that your rent payments are always on time. Hopefully this will help.

I must admit that I did not tell anyone other than my adult children. It would have killed my parents as they never had any debt at all. It didn't bother me at all that we kept it to ourselves, however, as Nicola says, it is each to his own.

I hope you can get something sorted with the car.
