am awaitin a draft proposal and haven't had a telephone meeting with Melanie yet. How long roughly will it be before the creditors meeting? does the IP set the date after the proposal has been signed? getting very impatient [;)]

thanks for replying. Yes it is very tedious but at least you know more than me [:)] Just want this to be over with. It seems like we are in limbo and everytime the phone goes i don't answer. so it looks like another 4 weeks at least before a creditors meeting [:(] roll on June [:D][:D]

LLoyds have been ok with me and haven't reinstated the direct debit for my loan, in fact I haven't heard from them! perhaps I wiil check my old account [:)]

Just opened a new co-op bank account and wish i had sorted out my direct debits myself! had my gas and electric cancelled and car insurance, phone etc [:(!] much easier to have done them all myself as I have had to phone the companies anyway to sort it out. just a thought if anyone is in same situat...
