Just an update, sadly i have still not recieved any email/call relating to my F&F offer
thank you for helping.... i may look at making a formal complaint as i believe that we should not be ignored as at the end of the day, we pay their fees

Hi Mu husband had an IVA accepted in October 2011. It looks as though he will now be made redundant in the next few months with a payout of approx £12K.
