Very interesting use of words,vince666,if Ryan can get you an average rate of interest from a high street lender, but you cannot get it yourself from them then it is not prime mortgage is it.It is probably not a branded product if you know what I mean,a special I suppose. Credit to him as high street...

I think any lack of integrity in disclosure in obtaining debt forgivness from creditors other than a genuine mistake warrants some sole searching. If it was to deprive creditors what is due then that is a serious matter. The iva is a legal agreement between parties and it us about been upfront. I wou...

Creditors look at the circumstance of an offer,6p or 60p to the pound offer doesnt suggest your chances either way.iva is debt forgiveness,if the circumstance are strong enough 2p to the pound is acceptable. I would not be concern one bit on your offer, but be cautiously optimistic.Creditors dont lik...

The hard truth of the matter is, Iva firms do not want iva individuals to go after PPI as they can be easily fobbed of with a 'N0',and give up and giving no serious returns into the iva pot -not to mention(as you had alluded to)disincentived to even try and not getting one penny of it. As for an PPI...

Gentleman.... I think from day one, people in an IVA were not encouraged to do their own PPI cliam by their IVA firms,it is only now that it appears you can do it yourself? Question: Did DFD at any time say to the iva individuals, you can cliam PPI on your own(...required under the IVA clause prior t...

With spent conviction, you can.... not declare it,and will not be accused of lieing in most cases.Employers will not delve into them. But not with police if course,if they are employers as all convictions must be declared. It is better than full disclosure, but there is no ,spent iva, which is a shame ...
