Yes Margen, you recieve 8k of ppi and feel gutted that keeping 500 quid is probably not allowed. There will be a stampede of request if they allow you to keep the 500 quid.Funny how you chose 500 quid.....mmmm. Clearly the rules sucks and everyone accepts it like been brainwashed. I make my point ag...

Well said mole, now we know iva firms are acting against debtors interest on the ppi cliams saga with no legal statue. I now want to know what the Ips as forum experts who contribute here have to say about it. Or is it the inconvience truth too much. This site ought to make representations on this is...

With Cccs a win win situation to all parties for ppi cliams, why are some people so negative here and disagree with this bonanza .Greedy creditors and their agents take note. When the law ruled that iva debtors could cliam ppi,it created a frenzy of greed. Iva firms using stupid statue laws written o...

I can tell you for a fact if the PPI firm, instigated by IVA companies approaches the Banks with alleged misselling allegations and that it didn't take place, nothing will happen...... I know cos' it happened to me,You'll get a nice letter from the Bank to say there was no ppi charges ever made.That...

Cccs position in allowing you to keep some ppi cliam is incredulous,as said l cannot see dfd offering that. The inconsistency shown on what you can keep or not is nutty. All ips will gobble it up ppi cliams like greedy pacman. The scheme of things is stop debtors from cliaming after f and f. Shame as ...

Creditors in this case should complete the IVA early.Don't dither about it. A five year iva in these cronic high unemployment times...creditors need to have a rethink!! A 3 year IVA is more realistic. They {creditors} aren't the paragon of virtues...cap in hand... they are all borrowing money from g...

The economy and more job losses will mean some will struggle...

Post Iva and ex bankrupt mortgage links..very clear..sit down before you read it. Now why can't Ryan's money website post all this? Lem,you are doing a great job in ignoring the facts,I am addressing the poster's sentiment, who is "fed up" after clearing his debt and still treated as if he is't good for loans;it's not whether you want a loan or not,it is not about your case. I find your observation about the debt 'effect' followi...

No one questions the IVA - its medicine for debt.Brillant legislation. Ideally it need not be administered to anyone, like having you belly pumped after falling into the themes. But the IVA follows you for life and affects future credit procurement as it been evidenced with difficulties experienced t...
