Does the new potential employer have an HR dept you could have an informal chat with? The iva may not be an issue, it may not even need to be mentioned.

I went to my local citizens advice bureau to get info on trust deeds.

They put me in touch with a couple of firms.

We were using credit cards every month until our insolvency. We would make minimum payments then spend twice that during the month.

It wont impact on any decision.
