Unfortunately customer service is something many firms struggle with, often because they have you over a barrel and you feel unable to complain.

Whilst you should have been aware of your requirements, there is no excuse for the lack of contact from aperture.

Why not see how much you could save over 6 months then treat yourself to a lesson or 2.

Life shouldn't stop just because of an iva(albeit lack of funds can restrict you somewhat).

Given the hp payment is more than the iva payment is your proposal offering extra after the hp finishes?

Good luck with the offer. As mentioned it has to be attractive in that it offers a decent return on what they would get should the iva run full term.
