The IVA wouldn't affect your ability to transfer from one provider to another and I can't see your IP objecting unless you were taking cash from the pension which I don't suppose you would be at your young age. Always a good idea to double check with your IP to make sure they would have no objections.

It's the charging £49.95 to have your info removed which makes me think it must be illegal..

Today we received our completion certificate, 7 weeks from final payment. Huge thanks to Harrington Brooks for dealing with this so quickly. The answer will lie in your contract of employment. Some mention just bankruptcy and others specifically mention individual arrangements. You could make an anonymous call to your hr dept. Some financial institutions are much more lenient than others on the subject of insolvency. Good luck.
