Pleased to be able to help. A lot can happen in 6 months so stay positive and if you have any queries just get back posting on here. I'll keep my fingers crossed that something decent turns up for you and your partner. As Kallis said, you now have some breathing space x

The iP's are Guy Withey and Michael Bellingham. My understanding is that they took over from David a Rankin. Certainly when I checked the insolvency register! Guy Withey was listed as my IP at Harrington Brooks. Hope this helps.

Completely agree with size5 on this. If we could not live frugally in order to save for our children's birthday and Christmas presents, school trips etc the IVA route would be a no go for the majority. I've been lucky with large uplift payments but this has paid for major purchases ie new boiler etc...

Amazed at how fast the last 5 years have been - it'll be strange not having to send the payslip for someone to scrutinise. Can't imagine ever being in debt again though, this has taught me such a good l...

Tomorrow I will make my last payment and I've calculated that we've paid back over £110,000. This includes £30k in uplift payments and £10k shares. We had no PPI to reclaim!! Our initial debt was £126,000 although reduced to £115,000 because of a claim which was rejected for some reason. I expected ...
