My full and final completion certificate arrived today from DFD.[:)] Looks like my complaint has been dealt with on the only thing that mattered -prompt release of the completion certificate. I have signed a deed of assignment and even got a solicitor to witness it for Dfd.In theory it speeds up the iva release as the creditors and the iva firm can thrash out the ppi issue in the background and allowing the iva to be signed off.Mine required a creditors variation meeting to approve organ...

I didn't get to speak to my IP over the delay in the Full and Final certificate issue but was offered to going through the DFD complaints procedure.
